PC Honeycomb Core is a professional plastic honeycomb panel made of high-quality virgin polycarbonate material. With uniform honeycomb structure, excellent flatness, stable air permeability and electrical insulation performance, it has become the standard worktable panel for precision cold laser processing industry.
Different from traditional aluminum honeycomb, PC polycarbonate honeycomb core features lightweight, anti-static, non-rusting and high-temperature resistance for cold laser processing. It will not burn, melt or produce harmful smoke when working with UV and green laser equipment, which greatly improves the stability and service life of the laser working bed.

We support customized cell size (3.5mm, 6mm), panel thickness (10mm-20mm) and overall dimensions. Standard sheet size 1220*2440mm is in stock. All products are strictly inspected with flatness tolerance within ±0.2mm.
